20 Yard 4 tiered skirt

20 Yard skirt with 4 tier silk fringe and mirror lace. The fabric is Polysilk with shot effect. Movement of the skirt appears to change colour at different angles ( Puple & lavender). The skirt has a drawstring and elasticised waist. A perfect skirt to dazzle and amaze .
