Phone orders

Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? Devs.com.au will happily accept orders over the phone and by mail.

To order, please call our customer service during the hours of 9 am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. AEST

To complete your order we need your Credit card details ,Phone Number, Shipping address and the product name you want to purchase.

Option 2

Please go through the online ordering process by choosing the products you wish to order, adding them to your shopping cart, and checking out.

Complete all information at the checkout process. When prompted to enter your payment information, simply check the option Purchase Order/Phone Order and click continue.

In the comment box please leave your name and Phone Number. Our Sales Manager will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order number and shown a final receipt page.

 


 

  • How do I order online
1.Browse the range of products available and select product/s from Devs online shop category.
2. Add product/s to the cart (click add to cart button). It will take you to the check out page. You can continue shopping by going back to the online shop category.
3. Check out page please fill in your contact details. Existing customers only need to provide email id and password created by you.
New customers please fill in all required details.
Provide Devs.com.au with a valid email address . Please make sure you have completed all details. If you leave any detail blank usually it will return back to the page and ask your details again.
4. Once registration is completed the next page will ask for shipping address , If your shipping address is the same as your billing address click next.
5. Next page fill in your payment details. Make sure you give Devs the correct information to make the transaction possible.
6. You can view your order details next , just follow the link or check your email.

All Parcels within Australia are shipped by EXPRESS POST. (NEXT DAY DELIVERY )

Postage & Handling Fee of $ 5 . GST INCLUDED.

All Devs orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated. If the order is shipped later than this period, or for items unavailable for shipment within 1 - 2 business days you will be advised by email or phone.

Payment option 1
Order online by Credit Card

Pay by credit card (Visa and MasterCard ) in our secure environment WITH THE COMMONWEALTH BANK OF AUSTRALIA. Credit card details are stored in a highly encrypted secure database. Payment by credit card is the easiest and
most efficient method of shopping at Devs.

Credit cards are charged when goods are ready to be dispatched, and not at the time of
ordering. If a card has been declined we will email you informing you or our
sales manager will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Direct Deposit
You can place money directly into Devs bank account via direct deposit at any COMMONWEALTH BANK BRANCH IN AUSTRALIA.

Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will be processed and shipped as soon as payment has been received.

For payment by Cheque, we accept personal/business cheques. Bank cheques and postal
orders. Please note that orders by cheque are not processed until the funds have cleared
and usually takes three working days.

  • Can I cancel my order
Yes you can. If notified before goods have been dispatched . We can accommodate order cancellation.
If items have been shipped Devs reserve the right
to refuse order cancellation.



  • What is Devs return policy ?
Management for Devs.com.au maintain a strong commitment to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. We select hand made quality and unique goods including vintage pieces, and offer them to customers in an accessible, safe and secure environment. We ensure a quality and professional yet enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied or pleased with any product you have received, we will refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned in an original condition.
On receiving the goods Management will issue an immediate Credit through the original payment method, or provide a store credit for the cost of the item which is negotiated fairly and without retribution ensuring respect of the Customers decision.

  • Refund
Devs will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Example …you received an incorrect size ect..
  • All returned products must be:
  • 1. Unused, and in original condition.
  • 2. Undamaged
  • 3. Returned within 7 days of delivery

You will receive notification by email , if the payment was approved. You can track your order by clicking account maintenance Button and checking your email.(we regularly notify our customers about their order status.

At www.devs.com.au we offer a special discount to our customers at various times of the year. When some products are at a special price (eg-20% off ) and you purchase that product you get 20% off the stated price.
