What is Devs return policy ?
Management for Devs.com.au maintain a strong commitment to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. We select hand made quality and unique goods including vintage pieces, and offer them to customers in an accessible, safe and secure environment. We ensure a quality and professional yet enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied or pleased with any product you have received, we will refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned in an original condition.
On receiving the goods Management will issue an immediate Credit through the original payment method, or provide a store credit for the cost of the item which is negotiated fairly and without retribution ensuring respect of the Customers decision.
Devs will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Example
you received an incorrect size ect.. All returned products must be:1. Unused, and in original condition.2. Undamaged
3. Returned within 7 days of delivery
