Photography contest results Please click here WBDD 2009 - Submitted images World Belly Dance Day photo competition 2009 The idea was started by a lovely Belly dancer Lydia from Dubai two years ago to celebrate the beauty and passion of the dance, also to educate the general public about this dance and the culture it has evolved from. Devs.com.au has been a proud sponsor for the last two World belly dance days with Bella belly dance, Maroochydore Queensland. This year we are going to celebrate the day again and very uniquely , we will celebrate no matter where you are. All you have to do is pick up your camera and take a shot with a caption "world belly dance day 09". The best three photographs will be rewarded with an attractive gift pack valued at over $ 100.( Vintage veil , a set of four Zills and a Hipscarf with bells)The winners will be published on our web site.(5 June 2009)WORLD BELLY DANCE DAY WEBSITE

All entries must be the personal work (modeling or photographic) by the person who sent the entry . 2 entries per person maximum. The last date for submitting your entry/photograph is 10 th of June 2009. - Please mention your name and contact details with each entry.
- There is no limitation set for digital post-processing effects ( exposure/ contrast correction, colors correction, sharpness, resize and cropping ).
- All photographs submitted by email should be saved in JPEG or GIF format and the file should be under 600 KB and 800 x 600 pxl. Email your photographs to

- for photographs submitted by post (CD ) , there is no size limit. Please send your CD containing your photographs to Devs , 11 Tamper Street , Nambour 4560 QLD Australia.
- The best three photographs will be judged on the basis of clarity and the projections of the original subject "World Belly Dance Day 09"
