HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE

♦ Browse the range of products available and select product/s from Devs online shop category.

♦ Add product/s to the cart (click add to cart button). It will take you to the check out page. You can continue shopping by going back to the online shop category.

♦ Check out page please fill in your contact details. Existing customers only need to provide email id and password created by you.

♦ New customers please fill in all required details.Provide Devs.com.au with a valid email address . Please make sure you have completed all details.

If you leave any detail blank usually it will return back to the page and ask your details again.

♦ Once registration is completed the next page will ask for shipping address , If your shipping address is the same as your billing address click next.

♦ Next page fill in your payment details. Make sure you give Devs the correct information to make the transaction possible.

♦ You can view your order details next , just follow the link or check your email.

HOW TO PAY FOR MY PURCHASE / PAYMENT OPTIONS

Order online by Credit Card

Pay by credit card (Visa and MasterCard ) in our secure environment WITH PAYPAL AUSTRALIA.  Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Devs.

Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal Account to use our secure Paypal services.

Direct Deposit

Click the option Direct Deposit on the check out page . Payment / bank details will be shown after order confirmation.
Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will be processed and shipped as soon as payment has been received.

What is Devs return policy?*

Management for Devs.com.au maintains a strong commitment to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. We select hand-made quality and unique goods including vintage pieces and offer them to customers in an accessible, safe and secure environment. If you are not satisfied or pleased with any product you have received, we will refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned in an original condition.
On receiving the goods we will issue an immediate Credit through the original payment method or provide a store credit for the cost of the item.

How do I Return an item?

Always contact us before returning items (We need your name and order number ). The Buyer pays return shipping.**

All returned products must be:

  1. Unused, and in original condition.
  2. Undamaged
  3. Returned within 10 days of delivery

Devs Costumes hold the right to refuse a return if you do not comply with the above rules.

In order to maintain our high quality and unique range of products we offer end of line and seconds (ie items that may have tarnished bells/coins or a few beads or coins missing or a small blemish in the material)
